LawfulWill is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The Service is an automated document generation platform that helps you create a will based on information you provide.

2. Description of Service

LawfulWill provides an online platform that allows users to:

• Create will documents through a guided questionnaire
• Store and edit draft wills
• Generate PDF documents for printing and execution
• Access educational resources about estate planning

The Service generates documents based solely on the information you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information entered.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

The Service provides self-help document generation tools and general information about estate planning. Communications between you and LawfulWill are not protected by attorney-client privilege.

5. Pricing and Payment

LawfulWill offers both free and paid services:

• Basic Plan: Free will creation with basic features
• Premium Plan: One-time payment of $39 for advanced features

All payments are processed through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions.

Prices are subject to change. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LawfulWill and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the information you provide and the documents you create. However, by using the Service, you grant LawfulWill a license to use this information solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
• To impersonate another person or entity
• To upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• To use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission

LawfulWill makes no warranty that:

• The Service will meet your requirements
• The documents generated will be legally valid in your jurisdiction
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, LawfulWill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Service
• The legal validity or enforceability of documents created through the Service

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LawfulWill and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• The legal validity or enforceability of any will you create

10. Data Security and Privacy

We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
